I'd try hitting the "All On" button a few times and see if it got stuck. (The All On button is on the back of the Battle Section, right at the base of the neck). You might need to press it in pretty far to flip it off.

If that doesn't work, you could contact Art Asylum and see what they have to say.

This review and the mention of the long-needed "Stay-On Light Feature" is what led me to purchase this ship. I splurged and also ordered the "All Good Things" version as well. I intend to get some rechargeable batteries and have the ships displayed with lights on fairly often! =)

There's a stay on light feature as well, where you can keep the warp nacelle navigational deflector and bridge lit up.

I'd arguably say either this or the saucer section is the coolest feature on the ship.

The button is located on the back of the main section (hard to spot), but it's basically the rectangular grill just 1/2 inch after the neck saucer section.

Me and my bro had the Romulan warship and Klingon vessel from Playmates back in the 90's. And we had a blast with them. They had amazing sound effect features, which I find quite sad that this Enterprise is lacking.
