I swore off the MOTUC line because of the price point and while I like He-Man and Friends, I don't *love* He-Man and Friends. That said, I really really want Trap Jaw now that I've seen him up close and personal. I liked the 2002 figure a lot but this blows that one away. I really hope Mattel re-issues this one.

Trap Jaw is the MOTUC figure that I had been waiting for, and it was worth the wait! The sculpting, paint apps, and articulation are perfect IMHO. The interchangeable arm and head for changing into Kronis are just the icing on the cake.

This is the first MOTUC figure that I've opened and I would give this figure 4 Pac-Mans for value considering the cost of Star Wars ($7) and DC Classics ($14) figures these days. I got my Trap Jaw through the MattyCollector subscription program and I would have gladly purchased another if Mattel had their act together enough to make their figures available for more than 20 minutes.

Great photos! I'm glad to see that you rightfully pictured Trap Jaw as the most powerful man in the universe! It kind of makes me wish that I had purchased Battle Armor He-Man now to pose him against.

I'd display him as Kronis...for a while. :) TrapJaw was in my top tier of favorite MOTU figs, so although I won't be diving into this line anytime soon, it's great to see them tear out some amazing figures in case I do some day. :D Personally, at the price range, I think the paint apps could be a little sharper. Just looks sloppy or lazy in some areas to me.

AH! "Gimme some sugar, baby!" I just had to chuckle. Well, at least he has some accessories, I think he makes up for what you pay for him.
