Yeah, I'd say Tapestry Picard is close enough. The sculpt is pretty much identical to that of Generations Kirk, except the rank pins on the right shoulder and left forearm have been reworked to show the correct Cadet pins. Also, the Service Bar (the white band on the left sleeve that shows the number of years of service) has all the pins removed, as it seems like it does in the episode.

The belt area is a little bit screen-inaccurate, though: the jacket is missing a couple black loops in the front and a red trapezoid-shaped loop in the back through which the belt threads. Also, there are two black lines that should run down the back, and the shoulder strap needs a button on the back.

I was about to overlook the comm badge, but now that you mention it, it needs the starburst in the middle to match the show.

So, Tapestry Picard isn't 100% accurate, but I'd say it's reasonably so.

Heyallllll Is the tapestry picard screen accurate? I notice that playmates put some effort into making it a bit different from Generations kirk, the sleeve thickness and com bade etc.

1701 should be in the first five lessons in the "what not to do with a collectible toy line" book. There were so many collectors that would have bought ANY figure they put out, no matter what, just to have a complete collection. And when they said that only 1701 people could have complete collections, it flushed all that right in the crapper. Huge, huge mistake.

Would a James Bond toyline do a limited to seven figures, just because he's 007? Man, the stupidity still gets me.
