Just lurking around and I came across a great site and great pics of one of my favorite toys! I agree that the TMNT market is fickle, I was surprised to find this same figure for a good price.

I have a collection of some of the more obscure TMNT figures, but this one has to be one the best, in my opinion!

Playmates made some really outstanding figures that were great for collectors and kids alike.

Unfortunately, Don was snubbed in this wave of Universal Monster Turtles, with Bride April taking his place. But he was in the first wave, as Dracula:

First off, I've been checking out this site for a while, but this is the first time that I have gotten around to commenting on something. I just wanted to say that I really enjoy it and appreciate you doing what you do. Keep up the good work.

I always hated the gimmicky themed Turtles. Once I got a hold of my Leo, Raph, Don, and Mike figures, there was no way I'd want doubles of a certain character when I could get some rad enemies or Turtles allies instead. That being said, I had forgotten about this set and this figure is one that I can definitely appreciate nowadays. It's certainly much cooler than the Mutant Military or Rockin' and Rollin' variations. I remember liking the Invisible Man Mike, but the Bride of Frankenstein April was a miss in my book. What monster was Donatello?
