Brainwave was a series of alien heads and arm attachments compatible with the Glyos figure series, sculpted by the legendary Godbeast, Marty Hansen! You may remember I designed header cards for this wave, and whenever I do illustration work for a toy line, I request samples. And here they are! From left to right in the photo above is Aquoid, Centoid, and Phoenoid.
The plastic is so clear that it looks like ice. And encased inside the heads are little multi-colored brains. For the bodies, I used Sentinel Excellis (Aquoid), Ballim Pheyden (Centoid), and Alcray Pheyden (Phoenoid).
The brains also glow in the dark, creating a really cool and spooky effect. Check out the before and after photos below.

I dig the fish face dude, though I think he'd actually look cooler without the clear head.
